Remote Desktop Support

If you need remote desktop support please download TeamViewer. Follow these instructions:

  1. Download TeamViewer by clicking here (you only need to do this the first time). Wait for the download to complete.
  2. Run TeamViewer. You will be prompted if it’s ok to run this program, select Run.
  3. You will then be prompted to install or run the program. Select Run and click Next.
  4. Click on the “I accept…” button at the bottom and click Next.
  5. When you speak to us, you will need to read out your ID and Password.

TeamViewer is a secure way to provide remote desktop. By following the steps above no one will be able to connect to your computer without your permission.

TeamViewer is also extremely easy to setup. You only need to follow the instructions above. You don’t need to install anything on your computer, and you don’t need to mess around with your network’s firewall or router.
